We want to make the nomination process as simple and easy to navigate as possible. With this in mind, we’ve created a comprehensive Entry Kit that’s filled with tips and best practises on how to refine your nomination. The Entry Kit includes insights from the team backed up by two years’ worth of data as well as advice on using supporting materials, select nomination questions, the submission criteria for each category and information on how the judging process works.

How to enter the VR Awards

Before submitting a nomination, check the relevant award criteria and FAQ for any questions you may have. On the next page, you will be asked to confirm your chosen categories and register your full details, a £149 + VAT entry fee per nomination will automatically be applied.

You can submit an unreleased product/service during the nomination period, providing it is released by the 1st July 2020. Projects must not have been released prior to 6th May 2019*. You’ll be able to save your nomination and come back to it at a later date, once you are happy you can go ahead and submit it for approval.

*Rising VR Company of the Year nominees must not have been incorporated prior to the 6th May 2018.
