Join the VR Awards Ceremony, live in De Doelen, Rotterdam on the 30 November 2023, arrive early, drinks reception starts 6pm CET

Check-in desks are on the ground floor lobby, prior to going up the left hand stairs.

De Doelen concert halls are fully wheelchair and walker accessible, with ample wheelchair spots across all halls and available wheelchairs for those with walking difficulties.

Tickets can be requested with wheelchair use, and walkers are managed by staff during concerts. Located on three floors, all halls are elevator accessible: Grote Zaal, Jurriaanse Zaal, and Eduard Flipse Zaal via the second floor, and Willem Burger Hal directly from the main entrance.

For hard of hearing guests, the Grote Zaal and Jurriaanse Zaal offer induction loop systems compatible with most hearing aids and cochlear implants, although a pre-visit test with the Technical Service is advisable for certain hearing aids.
